Pumpkin Carving at the Jentzsch's

This year David grew pumpkins and I loved it! When it came time to start decorating my front porch I had so many choices to choose from. David brought home many choices of pumpkins, gourds, and winter squash. Then thursday afternoon we decided to go and get a few more so that we could carve them.

This is are whole display! 8 pumpkins in all, a swan gourd, a white pumpkin, winter squash & lots of little pumpkins and gourds. I love our display!

Maine

Last week I just got back from a wonderful trip to Maine. It's been 2 years since I was last out that and it was so much fun to go back and enjoy the fall in Maine. The main reason for going out there was that my little brother Nathan and I wanted to go work the Fryeburg fair with my grandfather. (For those of you who don't know -- my grandpa makes pizza for a living) I've gone out at worked some fair's with my grandpa before and loved it, so I was really eager to have that opportunity once more. Nathan was a natural at it. After the fair we also got to spend some down time with my grandpa at his house. In that time we got to see lots of beautiful trees, guitar shops, see family, eat lots of really good food, enjoy some good music, and experience the outhouse! Here are some pictures!
